With the QuickScan Lite QW2400, Datalogic offers a corded 1D and 2D barcode scanner for the market-entry segment. Particularly noticeable is its large viewing field for capturing longer, truncated 1D barcodes, as well as larger 2D barcodes which often prove to be troublesome for other scanners. It thereby especially proves itself in retail, office and fiscal environments, but also in post offices and small warehouses: in short, everywhere where extra-long barcodes are used. With the optional stand it is also operable as a presentation scanner.

In contrast to red scanning light, which irritates users’ eyes, the QuickScan Lite QW2400 uses white background lighting and a blue target dot, to simplify correct targeting. It also captures poorly printed or damaged barcodes, plus barcodes on displays. To connect the small, yet powerful scanner, you have your choice between USB or keyboard wedge/RS232. Continue to utilize the entire spectrum of accessories of the QW2100 for the QW2400, so that the upgrade from old to new occurs smoothly.
